1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Orbit Live, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Orbit on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. The service
Orbit Live provides realtime and media infrastructure for applications you build. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice when reasonably possible. Beta or free-tier features may change without prior notice.
3. Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for panel credentials, App IDs, and API keys. Keys must remain on your Edge / backend. You must not embed ovk_… secrets in client apps. You are liable for activity under your keys until they are rotated or revoked.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, or abusive content or traffic.
- No attempts to bypass billing, rate limits, or security controls.
- No reverse engineering of the service except as allowed by law.
- You must obtain any consents required for capturing audio, video, or biometric / liveness data from your end users.
5. Billing and minutes
Usage is measured primarily in audio-equivalent minutes and related product meters (for example Reels processing or liveness checks). Purchased packages and free promotional minutes are subject to the Refund Policy. Prices may change for future purchases; existing prepaid balances remain usable per package terms.
6. Your content and end users
You retain rights to your application and content. You grant us a limited license to process media and metadata solely to provide the service. You are responsible for your end users and for complying with privacy and telecom laws that apply to your product.
7. Intellectual property
Orbit Live, its SDKs (subject to their open-source licenses such as Apache-2.0 where applicable), branding, and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. WebRTC and other third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALMOHSIN DEV LTD and Orbit Live are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for Orbit Live in the three months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
