1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email, company details, and authentication records for panel users.
• Billing data — package purchases, minute balances, invoices, and payment references processed via our payment providers.
• Usage & telemetry — room activity, open-mic minutes, API call metadata, and diagnostic logs needed to operate the service.
• End-user media — audio / video streams and, where you enable Liveness, face images or verification results processed on your behalf.

3. API keys and sessions

Secret API keys (ovk_…) belong on your Edge server. We issue short-lived session tokens so client apps can join rooms without embedding secrets. Do not place API keys in mobile apps or browser bundles. Compromised keys should be rotated in the panel immediately.

4. How we use data

We use data to provide and improve Orbit Live (Voice, Reels, Liveness), bill accurately, prevent abuse, comply with law, and communicate service notices. We do not sell personal data.

5. Processors and infrastructure

Depending on the products you enable, processing may involve our voice signaling and media infrastructure, object storage / CDN for Reels, and face-liveness processors for identity checks. These providers process data under their agreements and our instructions.

6. Retention

Account and billing records are kept for the life of the account and as required for tax and compliance. Media and ephemeral session data are retained only as needed to deliver the feature and investigate abuse, then deleted or anonymized according to our operational schedules.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact privacy@almohsindev.com from your registered email. To delete a panel account, use in-product controls where available or email with subject “Delete Orbit Live Account”.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and operational monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please protect your Edge secrets and panel credentials.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of Orbit Live after changes means you accept the updated policy.
